Korean Pancakes
If you’re struggling to get your family to eat their veggies, you’re not alone! But don’t worry, Korean Pancakes might be the perfect solution. Even the fussiest eaters will love this recipe, and you can even add some chilies to spice it up. Give it a try and watch your family’s eating habits transform!
In a bowl combine:
- 1.5 cups flour
- 4 tbsp corn starch
- 1.5 cups water
- Ground Himalayan salt
The veggies!
- Cut the vegetables into thin strips/slices 1 carrot
- 4 spring onions 1/2 red onion
- 1 mini green cabbage
- 2 small courgettes
To make vegetable fritters, mix batter ingredients and add chopped veggies. Cook spoonfuls of the mixture in a heated frying pan until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Serve with low-sodium soy sauce, sesame seeds, spring onions, and chillies for added flavor
